Mugide Nuru is a Ugandan pharmacist and academic leader with extensive experience in health, research, and professional development. She holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Kampala International University. Nuru serves as Vice President and Council Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda, where she chairs the Education and Professional Development Committee. She is also Head of Department of Pharmacy at Kampala International University Teaching Hospital and a lecturer in pharmacology, pharmacy law, and ethics. Her work spans curriculum review, pharmaceutical research, and consultancy across East and West Africa. Passionate about advancing pharmacy practice, Nuru is dedicated to strengthening health systems and mentoring future professionals.
